Hot And Spicy Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
  Cabbage 1 Medium
  Onions 2 , finely chopped
  Celery stalks 2 , finely chopped
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bulk pork sausage 1 Pound
  Cooked regular rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Canned whole tomatoes 28 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Ground nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage
2) Into a pot of boiling water, place the cabbage and boil for about 5 minutes till soft and tender
3) Drain the cabbage into a colander
4) Into a skillet, melt some butter and saute the onion till soft
5) Into each cabbage leaf, sprinkle in some paprika and place about 2 tablespoons of the sausage in the center
6) Roll each leaf over the meat and place the rolls into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish
7) Into a frying pan, add some more butter and melt over a low heat
8) Add in the flour and stir till smooth
9)Add in the tomatoes and stir till thickened
10) Add in the nutmeg and sugar
11) Spread the mixture over the cabbage rolls
12) Bake at 350 F for an hour

SERVING
13) Serve the cabbage rolls 2 a piece onto each plate
