Spicy Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
  Green cabbage 1 Large
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 1⁄2 Dash (A Good Dash)
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes with green chilies 10 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F
2. Take the cabbage and remove 10 outer leaves, reserve the remaining cabbage

MAKING
2. In a pot, cook leaves along with boiling salt water for 5-8 minutes, drain and set aside
3. Combine the next 8 ingredients
4. Now place the cabbage leaf and inside it place equal portions of meat mixture in the center
5. In a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish, fold the cabbage leaves at both the ends, making it a roll, and place seam side down
6. Combine remaining ingredients
7. Finally take the cabbage rolls, cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour

SERVING
8. Serve with a sauce of your choice
