Beef Potato Roll
|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Crisp bacon slices||3 , crumbled|
|Hot mashed potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs) (about 6 to 9 potatoes)|
1. Preheat the oven to 350°
2. In a large bowl, place all the ingredients except the potatoes
3. Place the meat on waxed pappe rand then pat the meat into a rectangle that is about 1/3" thick.
4. Place the mashed potatoes in the center of the rectangle
5. Bring up the edges of the waxed paper and wrap the meat around the potato roll. Place in a shallow baking tray and bake for 1 hour till done.
6. Serve with chili sauce
