Steak Lettuce Roll
|Tri tip steak||2 1⁄2 Pound, tenderised|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Fresh ginger||1 Tablespoon, grated|
|Dry sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Iceberg lettuce||4 Ounce (Or As Required)|
|Hoisin sauce/Teriyaki / sweet sour sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. In a bowl, combine sherry, ginger and garlic. Mix well and apply on steak. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
2. In a medium sized skillet, place marinated steak and grill on medium flame till evenly browned on all sides and cooked medium rare.
3. Slice grilled steak into 1/4 inch slices and keep aside.
4. Serve on a bed of ice berg and drizzle sauce of your choice.
