Steak Lettuce Roll

Ingredients
  Tri tip steak 2 1⁄2 Pound, tenderised
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Fresh ginger 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Dry sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Iceberg lettuce 4 Ounce (Or As Required)
  Hoisin sauce/Teriyaki / sweet sour sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine sherry, ginger and garlic. Mix well and apply on steak. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
2. In a medium sized skillet, place marinated steak and grill on medium flame till evenly browned on all sides and cooked medium rare.
3. Slice grilled steak into 1/4 inch slices and keep aside.

SERVING
4. Serve on a bed of ice berg and drizzle sauce of your choice.
