Chicken Pecan Roll Ups

Ingredients
  Chopped pecans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, cut up (1 Package)
  Milk 3 Tablespoon
  8 inch flour tortillas 8
  Shredded monterey jack cheese/Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Large, chopped
  Alfalfa sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pecans 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a non-stick pan, melt margarine and saute pecans, onion and cumin until onion is tender and pecans are lightly toasted.
2) Take the pan away from heat.
3) Stir in chicken, cream cheese, milk, and 1/4 teaspoon salt to the pecan mixture.
4) Return the pan to heat and stir till well mixed.
5) Place about 1/3 cup of pecan mixture over each tortilla.
6) Sprinkle some cheddar or Monterey cheese, tomato, sprouts, and pecans.

SERVING
7) Roll the tortillas and serve wit a small mixed salad if desired.
