This Fish Cutlets has always been my personal favorite, ever since I first had it at my graduation farewell. Here's a rather simple recipe for Fish Cutlets for you to try and do let me know how it turns out for you!
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pickle relish||2 Tablespoon|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fat||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Blend together fish, egg, milk, salt, relish and 1/2 cup of the bread crumbs.
Shape into cutlets; dredge with remaining crumbs.
Fry in hot fat until golden brown.
Serve with desired sauce.
Difficulty Level:Very Easy
