Classic Egg Croquettes

Ingredients
  Canned condensed cream of celery soup/Chicken /mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 can)
  Hard cooked eggs 8 , sieved or very finely chopped
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large pan, mix the ΒΌ cup of soup with eggs, bread crumbs, parsley, onion, and seasonings and shape the mix into 6 croquettes.
2. Roll in more breadcrumbs and deep fry the croquettes in hot oil till browned
3. In another large pan, combine the rest of the soup with milk and heat

SERVING
4. Serve hot sauce over the croquettes
