Watermelon pickle chunks
2 Cup (32 tbs)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
1)Drain pickles and soften cream cheese.
2)Spread cream cheese around pickle chunks and wrap them in bacon slices.
3)Secure with toothpicks. Store in refrigerator until chafing time.
4)In blazer pan, melt butter, add a dash of cayenne.
5)Now, saute pickle rolls until heated through.
6)Put the pan on hot water to keep warm.
7)Prick hot pickle rolls with toothpick and place on the chafing dish. Serve.
