Mutton Cutlets

Ingredients
  Minced mutton 500 Gram
  Onions 2 Small
  Green chillies 2
  Green chilies 2
  Ginger piece 1⁄2 Inch
  Garlic flakes 3
  Powdered cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Corriander leaves 4
  Coriander leaves 4
  Salt To Taste
  Mint leaves 4
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Chilli powder To Taste
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)
Directions

Fry onions, ginger and garlic till soft in little oil.
Boil the mutton till tender and dry.
Mix all the ingredients together with the exception of crumbs and eggs and grind to a paste.
Form into round cutlets, dip in egg, roll in crumbs and shallow fry to a golden colour.
