Yummy chicken is a great idea for your lazy Sunday lunch or even for the freind's party that you have planned for the weekend. Try this delicious chicken cutlets it is truly a simple and easy dish to make. Lay out a spread that you would efeel proud of. You definitely need not spend the entire day slogging in the kitchen for great food
Ingredients
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Ground uncooked chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), melted
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Mix chicken, salt, pepper, nutmeg and 5 tablespoons butter.
Chill for several hours.
Spread flour on sheet of waxed paper.
Beat egg lightly in shallow container; add oil and water.
Shape chicken mixture into 8 patties.
Dip patties into flour then into egg mixture.
Coat with bread crumbs.
Heat remaining butter in large skillet; brown patties slowly on both sides.
