Ham Broccoli Rolls

  Frozen broccoli spears 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Margarine/Butter 1 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Instant minced onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned pineapple slices 8 Ounce, drained (Juice Pack, Reserve Juice, 1 Can)
  Pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Swiss cheese slices 4 Ounce (1/8 Inch Thick, Four 1 Ounce Slices)
  Sliced boiled ham slices 4 Ounce (Four 1 Ounce Pieces)

Place broccoli spears in 1-quart casserole.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) until tender, 5 to 7 minutes; drain.
Set aside.
Place margarine in a medium bowl.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) until melted, 30 to 45 seconds.
Stir in flour, horseradish, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and instant onion.
Add enough pineapple juice to reserved juice to measure 1 cup.
Stir juice and milk into flour mixture.
Blend in egg.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) until thickened, 4 to 5 minutes, stirring twice.
Divide broccoli spears into 4 equal portions.
Place a cheese slice on top of each ham slice.
Place broccoli spears on top of cheese.
Spoon 1 tablespoon sauce over each.
Roll ham and cheese around broccoli; place seam side down in loaf dish, 9 x 5 inches.
Pour 1/4 cup sauce over ham-broccoli rolls.
Top with pineapple slices.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly, 4 to 6 minutes.
Microwave remaining sauce at MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) until hot, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Serve over ham-broccoli rolls.
