|Prawns||500 Gram, cleaned|
|Egg||2 , beaten|
|Powdered cumin||1 Teaspoon|
|Ginger piece||1⁄2 Inch|
|Corriander leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1 handful)|
|Bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Chilli powder||To Taste|
Fry onion, ginger and garlic in little oil till soft.
Boil prawns in little water till tender and dry.
Grind to a paste with the rest of the ingredients with the exception of bread crumbs and eggs.
Form into heart shaped cutlets, roll in crumbs, dip in egg, roll in crumbs once again and deep fry to a golden colour.
