Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Warm water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Flour 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Melted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
Preheat the oven to 325°F.

MAKING
In a pan, mix milk, shortening, sugar and salt.
Heat the mixture well and then cool.
Dissolve yeast in 1/2-cup warm water, let it sit for 10 minutes.
Add hot water, egg and flour to the yeast.
Do not knead the mixture.
Let it rest and wait till it rise to double the volume.
Roll it out like biscuits and dip in melted butter, then in sugar and cinnamon.
Bake in an oven for about 45 minutes in a 325°F.

SERVING
Serve hot and crispy.
