Fish Croquettes

Ingredients
  Boiled fish 2 Cup (32 tbs), cold and minced
  Hot milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Mashed potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Hot)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , well beaten
  Bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine fish, mashed potatos, butter, hot milk, 1 beaten egg, salt & pepper (to taste) & some parsley, mix well.
When cool, form into balls, dip in remaining beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs, and fry in deep hot oil.
