High Protein No Roll Crust
|Whole wheat flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Soy flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Wheat germ||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. In a 9" Pie plate, mix together all the ingredients and toss with a fork till well combined; press them with the fingers along the sides and bottom of the plate
2. Fill with preferred filling and bake as required.
3. Serve as required
