Lemon Parsley Rolls
|Sourdough rolls||8 Large (French Style)|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon rind||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, grated|
1) Preheat the oven to 350Â°F.
2) In a bowl, mix margarine, parsley, lemon juice and rind.
3) Cut the bread rolls in half.
4) Spread the rolls with the mixture.
5) Wrap in an aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
6) Serve with cocktails, or with soups.
