Alla Tamen Fillet Of Sole Roll Ups

Ingredients
  Sesame oil 4 Teaspoon
  Sole fillet 1 Pound
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), peeled
  Ginger slices 4 , peeled (1/4 Inch Thick)
  Lemon 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Packet)
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Peanuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Wash the sole fillets in cold water.
3) In a blender, add peanuts, garlic, ginger, salad oil, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and blend to a fine paste.
4) Divide the paste into four portions, spreading each portion on a sole fillet and rolling it up.

MAKING
5) Place the rolled up fillets on a 7X12X2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the peas and mushrooms around the fillets.
6) In a bowl, combine the remaining sesame oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and mustard.
7) Pour all the paste over the fillets and the vegetables.
8) Sprinkle with sesame seeds, cover the dish with a foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

SERVING
9) Serve Alla Tamen Fillet of Sole Roll Ups hot from the oven as a main dish.
