Grilled Crab Lettuce Roll Ups
|Crabmeat/12 ounce, canned crabmeat, drained||12 Ounce|
|Crabmeat||12 Ounce, canned|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs) (White Or Whole Wheat)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Non fat mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Romaine/Butter lettuce||8 Large, cleaned, drained|
|Prepared crab cocktail sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Non fat cooking spray||1 Tablespoon|
1 Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
2 In a bowl, add the crabmeat,bread crumbs, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, pepper and salt.
3 Spred the mixture in the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4 The crab mixture will be lightly browned when done.
5 Remove the mixture from the grill using a spatula and arrange on 4 indiidual serving plates.
6 On each lettuce leaf, place a heaping spoonful of crab and roll up.
7 Dip the roll into cocktail sauce and serve.
