Smoked Salmon Rolls
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Grated onion||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried dill weed||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Smoked salmon||1⁄4 Pound|
|Cocktail crackers||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) Combine the cream cheese, milk, onion, dillweed and 1/2 teaspoon salt together, blend well.
2) Spread the mixture evenly over the salmon and cut into 3 x 1/2 inches strips.
3) Roll the strips in a jelly-roll fashion and refrigerate until they are thoroughly chilled.
4) Arrange the salmon rolls over cocktail crackers and serve immediately.
