Turkey Roll with Cranberries
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cranberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), ground|
|Orange marmalade||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Frozen turkey roll||2 1⁄2 Pound, partially thawed|
1) In a saucepan, combine the cornstarch and sugar, then stir in the cranberries and marmalade and cook until the mixture is thick and bubbly.
2)In a slow cooker, place the turkey roll and season with the salt and pepper.
3) Then pour over the hot sauce on the turkey roll.
4) Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
5) Slice the turkey roll and serve with the sauce.
