Cucumber Rolls

Ingredients
  Soft white bread slice 12
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), softened
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Cucumber 1 Medium, pared, seeded, and cut in 24 thin strips
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
  Watercress 1
Directions

MAKING
1 Trim crusts from the bread.
2 Roll each slice thin with a rolling pin.
3 In a small bowl,blend butter or margarine, mayonnaise or salad dressing and parsle.
4 Spread on the bread.
5 Sprinkle cucumber strips lightly with salt and paprika.
6 Place 2 strips on one end of each bread slice.
7 Roll up tightly in jelly-roll fashion. Wrap and chill.

SERVING
8 When ready to serve, cut each roll into half.
9 Tuck a tiny sprig of watercress in the end of each half.
