Crunchy Cinnamon Rolls

Not Martha gets the boys in the act this time making sumptous cinnamon rolls for a breakfast treat.
Ingredients
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 7 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Melted butter 1⁄4 Pound (1/2 Cup)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Dry active yeast 2 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Package)
  Flour 12 Cup (192 tbs)
Directions

Scold:
Let cool

Let rise 20 mins. Knead and then let rise until double--between 1-1/2 - 2 hrs.

Punch down, let rise again 15 mins
Roll into rectangles
Coat with melted butter
Sprinkle with 3 cups brown sugar and 3 Tbsp cinnamon
Roll up, cut, put into greased pans.

Let rise, bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 min.
Using 13x9' pans yields 4 dozen rolls.

Ice with butter cream, cream cheese, or citrus frosting as you like.
