Scrambled Egg Rolls
|Round rolls||4 (Soft Ones)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||3 Ounce|
1. Open the rolls and place a ham slice in the center. Wrap in foil and place on the heat.
2. In the meantime, whisk the eggs lightly and add salt and pepper.
3. Stir in milk and grated cheese.
4. In a pan, melt the butter and add the egg mixture. Stir thoroughly on moderate heat to get creamy and thick mixture.
5. Pour in the mixture over hot rolls and serve hot.
