Ham Roll Ups With Broccoli
|Fresh broccoli||1 1⁄2 Pound, cooked|
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Prepared horseradish||1 Teaspoon|
|Chicken broth||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Madeira||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Half and half||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh mushrooms||8 Ounce, cleaned and sliced lengthwise|
|Thin swiss cheese slices||8 Ounce (24 Slices)|
|Cooked ham slice||1 1⁄2 Pound (12 Slices)|
1.Cook broccoli and once done strain and cover.
2.Take a 1 quart glass measuring pitcher, put it In the microwave oven and heat butter in it fo r a minute at High.
3.Put flour and stir well.
4.Put horseradish in the pitcher.
5.Slowly, add broth and Madeira in it and mix well.
6.Let the mixture cook at Medium heat without the lid on for 2 1/2- 3 minutes until thick.
7.Add half and half and mushrooms in the container and let the ingredients cook without the lid on for a minute at Medium.
8.Take the ham slice, arrange 2 cheese slices and 2 broccoli spears on it and roll.
9.Take a microwave safe dish, put the roll on it and drizzle the prepared sauce on it.
10.Let the roll cook in the microwave oven at a suitable serving temperature of 6-8 minutes at Medium Low.
11.Move the dish so that the roll is heated well from all sides.
