Buttermilk Rolls

Ingredients
  Cake yeast 1 Ounce
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Buttermilk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), lukewarm
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Powdered ginger 1⁄8 Tablespoon
  Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In quarter cup of warm water, dissolve th yeast along with a tablespoon of sugar
2. Add buttermilk, oil and one and a half cups of flour to it and blend well
3. Add the remaining half a cup of flour and all the rest of the ingredients, knead well and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours
4. Remove from the refrigerator and shape into forty eight rolls; leave them to rise till doubled
5. when well risen, bake in the oven at 375°F for fifteen minutes

SERVING
6. Spread with melted butter and serve
