Quick Veal Rolls

Ingredients
  Liver sausage 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 5 Tablespoon
  Pickled onions 6 , chopped
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Raisins 3 Tablespoon
  Sweet dill pickles 4 , chopped
  Port 5 Tablespoon
  Roast veal slice 6
  Parsley sprigs 2
Directions

Mix the liver sausage with the parsley, chopped onions, walnuts, raisins and chopped pickles.
Mix in the port.
Divide the mixture between the slices of veal, form into rolls and secure with a toothpick.
Arrange on a serving dish and garnish with parsley sprigs.
