Easy Cocktail Rolls

Ingredients
  Cake yeast 1 Ounce
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), lukewarm
  Shortening 6 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In two tablespoons of warm water, dissoolve the yeast
2. Combine the milk, shortening, salt and sugar and add to the yeast solution
3. Beat an egg, add to the yeast along with four ups of flour and wok it into a dough that is soft but not sticky
4. Allow to rise and shape into forty eight balls; let them rise till double
5. Bake at 400°F for ten minutes or more

SERVING
6. Serve as appropriate
