|Cooked fish||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Green pepper||1 , chopped|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Roll biscuit dough to 1/4-inch thickness on floured board.
2. Combine fish, onion, green pepper and salt; moisten slightly with milk, mix well and spread mixture on dough.
3. Roll as for jelly roll and cut into 1 1/2-inch slices.
4. Bake on greased baking sheet in hot oven (400°F.) 30 minutes.
