Mashed Potato Rolls

|Potatoes||4 Tablespoon, mashed|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
Work everything well together.
Roll out thinly and cut into oblongs, about 2" x 4".
Bake on a greased tin until golden brown.
Butter and roll up when taking from oven.
Requires a little practice.
Floury potatoes give the best results.
