Bacon Crab Rolls
|Bacon slices||8 , cut in half crosswise|
|Frozen crab meat||6 Ounce, thawed, drained, boned and flaked (1 Package)|
|Fine soft bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Salad dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cook bacon until half done, not crisp.
Drain slices on paper towel.
Combine crab meat, crumbs and onion; mix well.
Combine salad dressing, lemon juice and mustard; add to crab meat and mix well.
Shape into 16 small rolls; wrap each in a half slice of bacon and secure with wooden pick.
Arrange in shallow baking pan.
Center on grill; cover kettle and cook about 4 to 5 minutes or until bacon is brown and crisp and filling hot.
Turn as needed to brown evenly.
