Ingredients
  Boiled potatoes 2 Medium, boiled and finely mashed
  Yeast cake 1 Ounce
  Lukewarm water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lukewarm potato water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sweet milk 1 Cup (16 tbs), scalded and cooled
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 8 Cup (128 tbs)
Directions

Knead and put in bowl to rise twice its size.
Knead again and roll like biscuit dough.
Cut and dip in melted grease.
Place in pan, let rise twice its size (about 2 hours).
Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, 15 or 20 minutes.
