Zesty Dill Beef Rolls
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chopped dill pickle||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Table mustard||1 Tablespoon|
1. Prepare a mixture of beef, salt, pickles, mustard, ketchup and grated onion.
2. Divide the rolls along the length, while taking care not to cut along the bottom portion.
3. Make 6 equal portions of the beef mixture and stuff into the frankfurter rolls.
4. Arrange on the broiler rack and placing at about 4 inches from heat source, allow to broil for 8 minutes or till meat is completely done.
5. Serve immediately.
