This recipe is so simple & delious, takes a little while but it’s worth it. This is a Chinese classic.

2 , grated
2 , sliced
1⁄4 , sliced
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1. Heat oil, add onion 6 celery, fry for a couple of minutes. Add cabbage,carrot & soy beans. Fry until soft, season with salt & pepper
2. Heat frying oil
3. Place a sheet, spoon filling, wrap like envelope. First bottom with filling, then sides & finish wrapping, use flour with water like glue, roll the rest
4. Fry rolls until golden, leave the over a napkin paper
5. Serve with sauce
