Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Add sugar, salt and eggs.
Add flour alternately with melted shortening.
This is a very soft dough.
Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
Shape for cinnamon rolls or coffee cake.
Rise 1 1/2 hours.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
Glaze with sugar icing while hot.
Makes about 2 dozen cinnamon rolls.
