ROLLODESANFAYNA ( Spanish Potato And Vegetable Salad Roll )

Ingredients
  Potatoes 3 Pound
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sanfayna sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Seasoning To Taste
Directions

Make the sauce and allow to cool.
Boil the potatoes until tender but not too soft and mushy, break up with a fork into a floury mixture.
Season well.
Lay a clean cloth over the table and cover half of this with the mashed potato.
Cover with the rest of the cloth and roll firmly to give a paste-like consistency.
Cover potatoes with sauce and again roll firmly.
Cover with mayonnaise.
