Breaded Veal Cutlets
|Veal round steak||2 Pound (1/2 To 3/4 Inch Thick)|
|Corn flake crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Slightly beaten eggs||2 , beaten|
|Fat||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
Cut veal into 6 pieces; season.
Dip into the corn-flake crumbs, then into egg mixed with water, and again into crumbs.
Brown meat in hot fat.
Mix milk with soup; pour over veal.
Cover; bake in 300° oven 1 hour or till tender.
