Breaded Veal Cutlets

Ingredients
  Veal round steak 2 Pound (1/2 To 3/4 Inch Thick)
  Corn flake crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Slightly beaten eggs 2 , beaten
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Fat 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut veal into 6 pieces; season.
Dip into the corn-flake crumbs, then into egg mixed with water, and again into crumbs.
Brown meat in hot fat.
Mix milk with soup; pour over veal.
Cover; bake in 300° oven 1 hour or till tender.
