Chicken Roll Ups
|Boneless chicken breast halves||4 Pound, pounded thin|
|Thin slices cooked ham||4 Ounce (Four 1 Ounce Slices)|
|Thin swiss cheese slices||4 Ounce|
|Cooking oil/Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) On each chicken breast, place the ham and cheese, roll up and insert with the toothpicks.
2) Brush the chicken with the oil and roll in bread crumbs, until evenly coated.
3) Place the roll-ups over the rack and broil as per the directions until cooked.
4) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
