Vegetable Spring Roll

Ingredients
  Refined flour 30 Gram
  Cornflour 30 Gram
  Raw eggs 2
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Refined oil 500 Milliliter
  Raw egg 1
  Cabbage 200 Gram
  Carrots 100 Gram
  Beans 50 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Chili sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 4 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Ajinomoto 1 Teaspoon
  Refined oil 30 Milliliter
Directions

GETTING READY
1)In a bowl, combine together, flour, egg, cornflour, water and salt.
2)Chinese cut finely, carrot, capsicum, cabbage and beans.

MAKING
3)In a frying pan, heat oil. Add all the cut vegetables and saute for 5 to 6 minutes.
4)Add in sauce, ajenomoto, salt and keep aside.
5)Heat a separate frying pan. Grease it. Using the flour batter make thin omelettes. Fry only one side of the pan cakes or omelettes made.
6)On the other side, spoon in vegetabke mixture and roll. Roll all pancakes in a similar manner.
7)In a frying pan, heat oil and fry the rolled pan cakes for 4 to 5 minutes one by another.
8)Using a sharp knife cut the rolls into pieces.

SERVING
9)Serve hot with chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
