Cashew Lamb Cutlets
|Lamb cutlets||1020 Gram (6 Pieces, 170 Gram Each)|
|Ground cashew nuts||125 Milliliter|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||60 Milliliter|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||250 Milliliter|
|Melted butter||60 Milliliter|
Wash and pat dry the cutlets.
Combine the nuts, cheese and bread crumbs in a small mixing bowl.
Dip the cutlets in the melted butter then dredge through the crumb mixture.
Place into a small casserole dish.
Bake in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 45-50 minutes or until cutlets are golden brown.
Serve at once with an Apricot Raspberry Sauce.
