Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Canned blueberries 15 Ounce, drained (1 Can / 1 Cup)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In mixing bowl, sift dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening with pastry blender until like coarse meal.
Stir in beaten egg and milk mixture.
Turn dough out onto lightly-floured board and roll into 10xl5-inch rectangle.
Spread blueberries on dough; sprinkle with nuts.
Roll lengthwise like jelly roll.
Cut into ten (1-1/4 inch) slices.
Place cut side down in cooled syrup.
Bake in 450 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
Serve hot with butter.
