Cottage Cheese And Ham Rolls

Ingredients
  Cauliflower 1
  Oil 5 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Pinch
  White pepper 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1 Pinch
  Celery salt 1 Pinch
  Chopped mixed herbs 5 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Prosciutto slices 4
Directions

Break the cauliflower into flowerets and cook in boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
Drain well.
Mix together the oil, vinegar, mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt, the sugar and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
Pour over the warm cauliflower then leave to cool and marinate for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix together the cottage cheese, garlic powder, celery salt, herbs and remaining salt and pepper.
Add a little milk if the mixture is very stiff.
It should be creamy.
Spread the cottage cheese mixture over the ham slices and roll up.
Arrange the marinated cauliflower in a serving dish and lay the filled ham rolls on top.
Serve chilled.
