Stuffed Fish Rolls

  Plaice 1⁄2 Kilogram (Flatfish Fillet)
  Lemon 1
  Tomato 1
  Green dill 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Dry white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cod roe 5 Ounce (1 Little Can)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Rinse and dry the plaice fish fillets on paper towel. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the fish fillet, season with salt and pepper. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and chop them up finely, add cod roe, green dill. Mix well.
Place a Tbspn of stuffing at one end of fish fillet and roll them together, place them in a wide flat bottomed pan. Pour the wine evenly amongst them and steam the fish until tender over low heat. When the fish is cooked, put it onto a serving plate along with any juices that have accumulated during cooking. Pour the sauce over the fish and garnish with the lemon slices and some green dill. Serve with green salad and white bread.
