Orange Honey Rolls
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Grated orange peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Granulated sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Frozen loaf of bread dough||14 Ounce (Thawed)|
In 8-inch square grill-safe baking dish, mix brown sugar, 1/4 cup walnuts, 2 tablespoons butter, the honey and orange peel.
Spread evenly in bottom of dish.
In small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.
On floured surface, roll dough into 16 x 10-inch rectangle.
Brush with 2 tablespoons butter.
Sprinkle with sugar mixture and 1/4 cup walnuts.
Roll up, starting with longer side.
Pinch edges to seal.
Cut into 16 slices.
Arrange cut-side down in prepared pan.
Let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Preheat grill for 10 minutes.
Bake using indirect MEDIUM heat (350°F) with hood closed until rolls are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped, 15 to 25 minutes, rotating pan once.
Invert onto plate.
