Festive Sausage Rolls

Ingredients
  Pork sausage meat 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Creamed horseradish 3 Teaspoon
  Chopped mixed herbs 2 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Puff pastry 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to Gas 6, 400°F, 200°C, 15 mins before baking the sausage rolls.
Mix sausage meat with horseradish, herbs, salt and pepper.
Roll pastry to a rectangle 6 in x 16 in/15 cm x 40 cm.
Shape sausage meat roll to the same length and 1 in/ 2.5 cm in width.
Place in middle of pastry and roll pastry around.
Seal with water.
Cut into 1 1/2 in/4 cm lengths.
Slash the tops and place on greased baking tray.
Brush with beaten egg.
Bake in oven for 20-25 mins.
