Mushroom Rolls

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 250 Gram
  Hung curd 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Made From Fat-Free Milk)
  Gherkins 2 , minced
  Finely chopped coriander leaves/Finely chopped coriander parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Aniseed 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Saunf)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Roti 8 (Thin, Made From Whole-Wheat Flour/ Atta)
Directions

Wash mushrooms, wipe dry and chop finely.
Combine all ingredients except roti in a mixing bowl.
Mix well, taste and adjust seasoning.
Divide mixture into 8 portions.
Spread a portion of mixture along one side of each roti and roll.
Serve immediately.
