|Hung curd||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Made From Fat-Free Milk)|
|Gherkins||2 , minced|
|Finely chopped coriander leaves/Finely chopped coriander parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Aniseed||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Saunf)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Roti||8 (Thin, Made From Whole-Wheat Flour/ Atta)|
Wash mushrooms, wipe dry and chop finely.
Combine all ingredients except roti in a mixing bowl.
Mix well, taste and adjust seasoning.
Divide mixture into 8 portions.
Spread a portion of mixture along one side of each roti and roll.
