Tuna Rolls

Ingredients
  Canned chunk style tuna 7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sweet pickle relish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Hard cooked eggs 1 , chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise/Cooked salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Buttered frankfurter rolls 4 , buttered lightly
Directions

1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except rolls; mix well.
2. Fill rolls with tuna mixture. Refrigerate until packing in lunch box.
