Henny Penny Rolls
|Diced cooked chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped sweet pickles||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Diced pimiento||1 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard rolls||4 Large (Each About 8 Inches Long)|
|Soft butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon|
Combine chicken, celery, pickle, and pimiento.
Moisten with mayonnaise.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cut slice off top of each roll; scoop out some of center.
Butter the hollows and lids.
Fill with chicken salad; replace tops.
Wrap each roll in foil and heat in hot oven (400°) 15 to 20 minutes or till heated through.
