  Brains 2
  Breadcrumbs 30 Gram
  Egg 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Fat 15 Gram (to fry (absorption))
Directions

1. Soak brain in brine solution.
2. Remove and wash roughly and slice.
3. Sprinkle salt and pepper
4. Coat with egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry.
