Tamatar Ni Gravy Ma Cutlets

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Kilogram, blanched and chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Ground ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Tablespoon, ground
  Chilli powder 2 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 3 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Green peas 1 Cup (16 tbs), boiled
Directions

Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till soft.
Add remaining ingredients for gravy and simmer till thick.
Place hot cutlets on a platter, spoon over tomato gravy, sprinkle with green peas and surround dish with wafers.
