Salmon Croquettes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 3 Large, cooked and mashed
  Onion 1 , grated
  Canned pink salmon 14 Ounce, drained and flaked (440 Gram)
  Dijon style mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Cheese flavoured cookies 7 Ounce, crushed (220 Gram)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon (For Cooking)
Directions

1. Combine potato, onion, salmon, mustard, mayonnaise and egg, season to taste. Shape mixture into croquettes and roll in cookie crumbs to coat,
2. Heat oil in a frypan. Cook croquettes over medium heat until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
